The primary purpose of this role is to support the IT Change Manager in the delivery of the Change Control process. In addition to ensuring all live changes are guided through the Change Control process, the Change Analyst will carry out trend analysis of unidentified impacts, overruns, Incidents caused by change, identification of unmanaged changes and Post Implementation Reviews.

To contribute to the development and review of the IT Change Process, Procedures and all owned or relevant documents to IT Change Control.



The Change Analyst will be responsible for:

Ensuring all RFCs contain the information needed by the Change implementers to install, test and if needed back-out changes.
Ensuring all RFCs are handled in a timely fashion from request to outcome
Ensuring all post implementation reviews and trend analyses are regularly carried out and any findings are used to improve the Change Process and service delivered by teams.
Ensuring creation and distribution of meeting agenda and minutes.
Chairing CAB meeting when required, ensuring all required attendee are present.
Ensuring creation and distribution of regular and accurate management reports and KPIs that demonstrate the effect running of the team and its processes.
Ensuring that internal security policies are applied and adhered to, and that any suspected or potential lapses in security receive full and immediate attention.
Supporting SOX and PCI DD efforts and compliances.
Drive the improvement of processes and procedures in line with ITIL best practice
Develop and maintain excellent and appropriate documentation
This role is critical to the success of IT and as such the successful candidate will need to be dedicated, motivated and flexible.



Requirements:

Degree, HND or HNC
Experience of Service Management/Operations or IT Organisation
Experience of working in an ITIL environment including management
Working with 3rd party suppliers
Experience of IT Service Management tools
Experience of working with and as a part of a Global team
IT Change Control Experience
Problem solving skills
Logical, pragmatic thinker
Confidence to chair meetings
Commercially aware
Assertive
Flexible and Adaptable
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to milestones in an organised and methodical way
