An aviation firm in the Dallas Area is looking to bring a Change Leadership Consultant on board. This individual will have experience leading change management processes for large scale business transformation efforts. Responsibilities of this role will revolve around developing strategies and plans for stakeholders, conducting business impact and risk assessments, developing implementation and post implementation support for the business, as well as facilitating organization development activities.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience within change management/leadership
- Experience working on large scale business projects
- Business impact and risk assessment work
- Experience working on CRM projects
- Ability to lead teams and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication
- Knowledge of the SDLC
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
