You will work closely with various project stakeholders to define the end-to-end user experience strategy, usability requirements and user journeys in an agile environment. You will also be responsible for measuring and manage end user satisfaction, usability and process experience of the PSS solutions.
You will be an expert in Lean/Agile UX, and a strong facilitator to influence large cross functional teams adopt a human centric approach to design whilst helping them achieve their objectives and tight timelines. An excellent problem solver, mediator and UX mentor in a highly multicultural and competitive environment.
What you know
You should have the following experience:
• Graduate/Honours degree in Human Factors, New Media Design, Information Design, Psychology or related field
• 6-8 years’ experience in a UX design role
• Minimum of 2 years in agile environment
• Management of agile UX teams
• Experience in usability testing and managing user experience metrics
• Strong communication, negotiating and influencing skills
• Good experience in agile software development

• The airline/hospitality industry
