A global market leading Travel technology company requires an Operations and Support Manager (Salesforce, Infrastructure, Agile) for a Global Salesforce implementation.
The successful Manager (Salesforce, Infrastructure, Agile) will be the owner of the ticketing system and manage the post implementation team. They will also talk responsibility for the Data and Salesforce admin teams, and Salesforce globally.
- Excellent communication skills, experience liaising and supporting non-technical business users
- Experience managing and supporting global teams
- Salesforce background, knowledge of how the system works
