As a trainee consultant on our graduate programme you will enjoy hands on work within your first week alongside class led training to enable you to support your colleagues delivering real results for a number of high profile clients. This comes with the added benefit of being able to earn excellent commission from day one. It is without a doubt a steep learning curve and you will be expected to use your initiative continually but at the same time you will always be supported by a group of talented people to coach you through many of the tougher challenges.
